The delay was resolved and we are normally operating again.
Monitoring
The network has notified us a fix has been applied. All new operations from this point on are processing as normal.
The network is now working to process subscriptions impacted by the outage.
We will provide any updates as we receive them from the network.
Identified
One of our partner networks (P13) is reporting an outage affecting all key operations, such as subscription activations, portings and cancellations. As a result, these operations are paused.
Existing subscriptions are not impacted: connectivity is working as normal for all services (voice, text, data).
The issue is being investigated by the network with high priority. We are monitoring impact and will provide an updated resolution path for all affected subscriptions once a fix is identified and applied.
We will provide any updates as we receive them from the network.
