Some services are degraded

AT&T is continuing to investigate the issue. The Gigs API remains operational and will process portings to completion after the root cause is addressed.

The issue has been resolved and all subscription operations are being processed normally.

We have identified the underlying issue and portings are again completing within normal timeframes. We will continue to monitor the recovery.
