Both AT&T and T-Mobile are reporting that their networks are now operating normally. There was no impact on Gigs services throughout this period and activations continue to proceed normally.

The issue with new subscriptions activation has been resolved, and all affected subscriptions have been activated or are currently in the activation process. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and your team, and thank you for your patience. We will continue to monitor the recovery.

We have identified and addressed the underlying issue and newly created subscriptions are now activating normally. We will continue to process existing pending subscriptions until they are successfully activated.
