AT&T Service Degradation

AT&T has resolved the issue and new subscription activations are being processed normally. Previous activation attempts are being re-processed. We will continue to monitor the recovery.

Invoices not available in Connect

All systems are back to operational. Invoices can be viewed in Connect again and emails for new invoices are sent again.
There has been no data loss, all invoices created in the affected time window can be viewed through Connect.

Purchases unavailable in Connect

Stripe has resolved the incident, and new purchases are now available again. This affected some of our Connect users, which encountered unrecoverable errors during checkout.
